Inauguration from Scout Tafoya on Vimeo.
Here is a totally irreverent short film I made to kick off this season of Films From The Margin at Emerson College. I have instated a new policy this semester - every meeting will begin with a short film by a student between two and four minutes long. It doesn't matter what's in it, so long as it's original. I gave myself another restriction which was to change the music everytime the image changed. The point of these is to get young filmmakers used to screening and talking about their work and answering questions if need be. I want kids to get excited about working and showcasing. I want them to make movies and have an audience. This was shot in Bar Harbor, Maine and I thank Sarah Duff for making it possible. She is beyond amazing in all respects.
